Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary – Mass Audubon

Page

Marsh late afternoon

More than nine miles of walking trails along Indian Brook and the Charles River await visitors to our picturesque wildlife sanctuary.  Beaver lodges and chews, great blue herons, tree swallows, and Eastern bluebirds are just some of the wildlife and signs to look for this time of year.  Bird feeders, books and more are available in our gift shop and our visitor services staffers will be happy to greet you and help you plan your visit.

There are still a few places in our summer camp.  Baby birds are learning to fly and dozens of painted turtles are sunning on lily pads off the boardwalk.

Visit our website for more information and details about upcoming programs and events.
