Natick Historical Society is an independent non-profit charitable organization that was founded in 1870.  Through our collections, programs, and outreach, we conserve, interpret, and share the historic  elements of our past that are central to the development and ongoing life of the Natick community.

We accomplish our mission through collecting and preserving artifacts, papers and materials important to the origins, development and ongoing life of the town and through providing rich educational experiences based on authentic objects, primary sources, stories and lives that engage senior, family and school group audiences in programs, exhibitions and publications.

The NHS Museum is located on the lower level of The Bacon Free Library Building at 58 Eliot Street in Natick and is open:

Tuesdays 4:00 – 8:00
Wednesdays 10:00 – 2:00
Saturdays 10:00 – 1:00
and by appointment
508-647-4841

Our neighbors on the upper level, The Bacon Free Library, offer great services in their lending library and family-friendly programs for readers of all ages.
